My journey into wellness has been shaped by years of personal practice, motherhood, and a deep desire to live in alignment—body, mind, and soul. My Personal Development

Currently, I am studying to become a certified teacher in both Pilates and Yoga. This journey is driven by my vision to share these transformative practices with others who are on their path to wellness. My professional foundation began with studying Aromatherapy Massage, igniting a deep appreciation for the healing power of touch, scent, and intention. This holistic approach is integral to my practice as a massage therapist, allowing me to connect with my clients on multiple levels.

My Journey

I originally started my massage therapy journey in South Africa, studying, teaching and practicing massage and aromatherapy. After moving to the UK I dedicated myself to raising and home educating my 2 daughters, I returned to practice in 2024. This return has allowed me to bring not just knowledge and skill, but also a rich life experience filled with nurturing, patience, and presence. Today, I offer my clients a deeply intuitive, heart-centred experience, rooted in both professional training and a grounded, holistic lifestyle.

My Personal Philosophy and Approach to Wellness

I believe that learning to relax is vital for identifying and releasing tensions that lie deep within us. Tension can accumulate in various areas of the body, including the eyes, jaw and stomach. This healthy habit of relaxation helps us dissolve negative tensions and promotes overall well-being. By engaging in practices such as massage, yoga, and Pilates, or simply doing something you love, the benefits of relaxation are manifold.

As I always say, "We are all on a journey in life, juggling and balancing so many aspects of ourselves." My intention is to bring greater ease, balance, and calm to my clients, helping them feel lighter and more in tune with themselves.

As an experienced massage therapist, I specialise in Swedish Massage, using flowing, rhythmic strokes with a carrier oil and aromatherapy essential oils. These oils not only smell delightful but also have wonderful healing and balancing properties that assist in making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Additionally, I offer Indian Head Massage, designed to relieve headaches, eye strain, and neck and shoulder tension. This massage is particularly beneficial for balancing the body's energy, allowing it to flow freely, leaving you feeling energised, refreshed, and relaxed.

My goal is to foster trust and comfort, so you can fully relax and enjoy your massage experience. Your well-being is my priority, and I strive to honour that in every session.
